RICHARD NDOJA
DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
Richard Ndoja is directly involved in the design, coordination, and construction of Dome Building's projects. With a Bachelor of Science in Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University and experience spanning both high-end residential and commercial construction, Richard brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the design-build process.
His background combines architectural understanding with practical construction execution, allowing him to approach projects not simply as a collection of individual scopes, but as complete and interconnected building systems. Richard's experience across residential and commercial construction has provided exposure to complex structural systems, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, building controls, interior construction, project logistics, construction sequencing, procurement, technology integration, specialty systems, and detailed trade coordination.
